MANGALURU 22.02.2023 : “Try to accomplish your aspiration and be most successful in life that would be my greatest life achievement award said Dr. K.C.Naik, Administrator Shakthi Education trust responding to the felicitation given by Shakthi Fraternity on being the recipient of CARE Life Time Achievement Award 2023 at Bengaluru. He asked the students not to try varied fields like he did. In future when he gets to hear good things about the students who have walked out of the portal of Shakthi he would feel blessed and contented he added. Receiving felicitation in front of our own students in large number is a huge blessing he affirmed.
Dr. K.C. Naik in the past few decades has tried his hands in diverse endeavours, such as transport contracts, civil construction work, industrial arena also ventured into Hotel Industry before getting into real estate with 30 plus apartment complexes and 50 villas. Every field he ventured into, he has made a benchmark. For the legacy that he has left behind in the real estate field he was felicitated with the CREDAI- CARE Life Time Achievement Award in Bengaluru on 20th Feb.
Being cautious and calculative in every move, winning the customer’s confidence by choosing the right location, providing clean documents, quality fixtures and construction, contemporary amenities, modern Architecture with novel ideas and above all transparent dealing has made Mahabaleshwara Builders and Promoters stand apart. Real Estate projects has been very successful and has given goodwill as well as strong financial standing. Hard work and commitment paid off he reminisced.

“ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಶಯವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿ ಅದುವೇ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವಮಾನದ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಸಾಧನೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶಕ್ತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ನಾಕ್ ಅವರು ಶಕ್ತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆ 2023 ರ ಕೇರ್ ಲೈಫ್ ಟೈಮ್ ಅಚೀವ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಭಾಜನರಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದರು. ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿ ಮಾತು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ನಿಂದ ಹೊರನಡೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವಿ?ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಸಂತುಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ತೃಪ್ತರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಮ್ಮದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಭಾಗ್ಯ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ನಾೖಕ್‌ ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ದಶಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿಗೆ, ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕೆಲಸ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ರಂಗದಂತಹ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಾವು ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 30 ಕ್ಕಿಂತಲ್ಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ೫೦ ವಿಲ್ಲಾಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್‌ಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು. ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್‌ಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಉದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲೂ ಒಂದು ಮಾನದಂಡವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 20ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೆಡೈ-ಕೇರ್ ಲೈಫ್‌ಟೈಮ್ ಅಚೀವ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ನಡೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರ, ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸುವುದು, ಶುದ್ಧ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ಸಮಕಾಲೀನ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳು, ನವೀನ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಧುನಿಕ ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವು ಮಹಾಬಲೇಶ್ವರ ಬಿಲ್ಡರ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮೋಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಸರುವಾಸಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸದ್ಭಾವನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲವಾದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿವೆ. ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆ ಫಲ ನೀಡಿತು ಎಂದು ನೆನಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆಲುಕು ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪಿಯು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಪ್ರಥ್ವಿರಾಜ್ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸಿ. ನಾಕ್ ಅವರ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ವಿವರ ವಾಚಿಸಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ರಮೇಶ್ ಕೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಪತ್ರ ವಾಚಿಸಿದರು. ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸಂಜಿತ್ ನಾಕ್, ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಸಂಯೋಜಕಿ ಪೆಟ್ರೀಷಿಯಾ ಪಿಂಟೋ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಶಕ್ತಿ ವಸತಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕಾಮತ್ ಜಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಶರಣಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಫಾಲಿ ಎನ್ ಕರ್ಕೇರರವರು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೋಧಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
